1. The Void & Ephemerality

Data within **'The Void'** is governed by a strict **24-hour TTL (Time-to-Live) logic**. Unless both participants choose to 'Anchor' the connection by mutual identity reveal, all messages, media, and metadata are permanently purged from our primary and backup infrastructure. Orbit does not store historical logs of unanchored anonymous interactions.

2. Identity State Isolation

Orbit utilizes a **State-Isolated Architecture**. We maintain a cryptographic firewall between your **Verified (Real)**, **Tactical (Alias)**, and **Pulse (Anonymous)** states. Metadata from anonymous broadcasts is decoupled from your verified billing or account data to ensure true social liquidity.

3. AI & Data Processing

Our **@orbit AI** and **Orbit Chat** features process data only after the **15-message context threshold** is met. Processing occurs in secure, private enclaves. We do not use your private communications to train third-party LLMs.

4. Your Global Rights

Regardless of your location, Orbit provides the right to data portability, the right to be forgotten, and total transparency over your data usage. We do not, and will never, sell user data to third-party advertisers.
